The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. Most of our goods include postage and packing costs but where such costs are shown as 'additional', we always endeavour to secure the most economic costs, which will be clearly marked against items.
Despatch times:
We will always endeavour to despatch goods within 24 hours unless the items you have ordered, or one or more of the items you have ordered, are out of stock. In that case, we will make every effort to despatch the goods as soon as possible. If the time delay to complete the order becomes extended, we may despatch the items we have in stock and send the balance on as soon as possible. We will then notify you of extended delays. Where items are offered with 'postage and packing included' and are returned for refund, you will be refunded less the actual cost of us sending the item out on the original order. Delivery is Monday to Friday only.
Goods damaged in transit
When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you are signing for and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Goods lost in transit
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within a reasonable time from the expected delivery date.
Returns
Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. All returned goods must be received by us in a saleable condition with any seals or shrink-wraps unopened. Once we have received your items, we will refund the full payment price by return. Faulty Goods
Apart from consumable items, such as magazines and printed material, all goods have a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action.
Cancellations
You are free to cancel your order at any time and for any reason before your order has been dispatched. Once we have received notification of your cancellation, an immediate refund will be made. If your order has been despatched, it will have to be treated as a return, as we will have already processed your order.
