What is Pluck-No-More? Why Does it Work for Some, but not Others?

The company that makes Pluck-No-More describes it as a safe and natural homeopathic formula and a complete herbal liquid for stress-related feather plucking birds.  Some people exclaim that it produced miraculous results, while others are clearly disappointed because it did absolutely nothing to help their bird.

I am educated in the use of homeopathic remedies, flower essences and medicinal and nutritional herbs.  A product cannot be both homeopathic and herbal at the same time.  The process for making homeopathic remedies is completely unique and very different from how herbal products are made.
