Parrot’s Floral Chop

Spreads for web Parrots 278 4

Recipe by Karmen Budai

First, place the bell pepper on its side on a cutting board. Use a knife to slice off the very top of the bell pepper. Run the knife around the inside of the flesh to cut away the core and place it aside.

Chop small all the vegetables and place them in your bird’s bowl. Add all the dry items and toss gently. Place the vegetable mix in your bird’s bowl and garnish with pepper core, peas, cress microgreens and edible dried flowers on the side. Colourful bowls always attract the inquisitive beaks.
